We recognize both the depth and diversity of our Staff, and appreciate the unique strengths that each individual offers. Our managers work with each Employee to define objectives and career paths that reflect individual strengths and personal areas of interest.
Our objective is to provide growth opportunities for Staff to stretch and expand capabilities and provide opportunities that help staff demonstrate readiness for promotion. Based upon continuous market evaluation, we have established a compensation structure to:
- Connect individual goals with organizational objectives;
- Allow Employees a greater stake in the future growth and development of our Organization; and
- Offer greater incentives and rewards for overall corporate success and individual performance.
Each Employee is assigned a Management Team Supervisor who is responsible for orienting new Staff to our organization; aligning growth and personal objectives with organizational goals; serving as a mentor to address issues, concerns, conflicts; and providing general positive support. The role of the Management Team Supervisor is to offer bigger picture support in terms of career development. The supervisor provides insight to the Employee’s overall role in the organization and guidance for future career opportunities and personal/company development.
