Minneapolis Buy for Folsom Firm

Sacramento, CA - October 14, 2005 - As published in the Sacramento Bee today, Folsom-based Visionary Integration Professionals, LLC, a technology consulting company, has purchased Minneapolis-based Cornerstone Consulting Inc., the companies announced Thursday.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Cornerstone, also a technology consulting firm, has 98 employees and 2004 revenue of $15 million.

The combined companies expect to have $45 million in revenue and a staff of 250 in 2006. The purchase is the second for VIP in recent months.

In August, the company bought Orangevale-based Pinnacle Bay Resources Group Inc., a telecommunications consulting firm, for an undisclosed price.

VIP now has offices in Folsom; New York City; Alexandria, VA.; Denver; Minneapolis; Dallas; and Fountain Valley in Orange County.
