VIP Kicks-off Client Management and Administration System Project
with CPS Human Resource Services

SACRAMENTO, CA - February 14, 2005 - Visionary Integration Professionals (VIP) kicked-off a $2.8 million project today with CPS Human Resource Services to complete the development and implementation of a custom-designed Client Management & Administration System. The application design, developed by VIP in a previous contract (ATS Phase 1), specifies a diverse set of applicant tracking, test event management, and correspondence generation functions, among others. The project employs an object-oriented software engineering methodology based on the Microsoft .NET Framework, as well as the latest development tools from Microsoft in Visual Studio 2005 and SQL Server 2005. As part of the effort, VIP will be providing project management, system development, programming, testing, change management facilitation, operation and maintenance documentation, disaster recovery facilitation, and stabilization.

VIP has received awards from CPS for providing superior service. Among these awards, a number of individual VIP team members have been recognized by CPS with "Star Awards." These awards recognize exemplary individual performance in support of CPS' core values. VIP staff members were honored to be the first personnel not permanently employed by CPS to receive these awards. In recognition of their exceptional delivery, CPS presented VIP a contract performance award for ATS Phase 1.

CPS Human Resource Services (CPS) was initially created in California in 1935 as a state agency to improve efficiencies, provide cost-effective services, and advance quality personnel management practices to its clients.
