| Core Integration Sold

Data integration company Core Integration Partners Inc. has been bought by Visionary Integration Professionals LLC, the companies announced Thursday.
Ana Quintana and Julie Burroughs founded Denver-based Core in 1999. Privately held Visionary Integration Professionals is based in Folsom, Calif.
The purchase price wasn't disclosed.
Core has a staff of more than 50 people and annual revenue of $12 million.
"The company is being kept intact," said Ana Quintana, president of Core Integration Partners. "Our headquarters will remain in Denver.
"This firm [Visionary] wanted to expand into the data-warehousing and business-intelligence space. They bought their first company last year, and we're their second acquisition." Core Integration provides business intelligence and data warehousing for Fortune 500 companies in industries that include financial services, insurance, pharmaceuticals and telecommunications.
