VIP Continues Buying Spree

SACRAMENTO, CA – May 1, 2006 – Today, Visionary Integration Professionals, LLC (VIP) of Folsom, CA, announced its third acquisition in eight months.  VIP has acquired Denver-based, privately held Core Integration Partners, Inc., a leading provider of services and training in the business intelligence and data integration market segment.

This acquisition comes after VIP hired DecisionPoint International, a boutique investment bank, to conduct diligent research and screening discussions of 168 companies.  Although terms of the deal were not disclosed, with Core's current revenue of $12M and staff totaling 50+, this acquisition will bring VIP's 2006 projected results to nearly $60M and a staff base of 300.
