CALLA KNOPMAN JOINS VIP
National Data Integration Expert Joins Business Intelligence/Data Warehouse Consulting Practice

Sacramento, CA – July 2, 2007 – Visionary Integration Professionals (VIP), announced today that Calla Knopman has joined the company in the role of Practice Manager for the Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing Practice. Ms. Knopman brings over 13 years of consulting expertise in data integration including data warehousing, data architecture, data quality, and data extraction, transformation and loading (ETL), with a product focus on the Informatica Corporation PowerCenter tool set.

Over the course of her career, Ms. Knopman has assisted clients in installation and configuration of a wide range of data warehousing tools and has created standards and methodologies that she has used successfully at client sites. A gifted trainer, she has taught a variety of classes related to data warehousing and business intelligence. In addition to her other duties, Ms. Knopman will be assisting VIP clients upgrade to Informatica PowerCenter 8, using our established upgrade process and deliverables. Ms. Knopman’s industry experience includes insurance, banking, pharmaceuticals and telecomm, among others.

Ms. Knopman comes to VIP from IBM, Global Business Services where she was a Senior IT Architect. Prior to joining IBM, Ms. Knopman was the manager of KPMG & Bearing Points’ Financial Services DW practice and she was President and Founder of Knopman IT Consulting, LLC.
