VIP Buys Telecom Analyst

SACRAMENTO, CA - August 16, 2005, As published by the Sacramento Bee today:

Visionary Integration Professionals, a Folsom-based computer and project management consulting firm, has purchased Orangevale-based Pinnacle Bay Resources Group Inc., which specializes in telecommunications consulting. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The combined company will employ 152 workers with projected 2005 revenue of $21 million. VIP officials said the acquisition will allow the company to expand its offerings beyond computer project management and other consulting, and to offer products such as voice over internet telephony.
