SACRAMENTO, CA - August 16, 2005 - Visionary Integration Professionals, LLC (VIP) of Folsom, CA, today announced it has acquired privately held Pinnacle Bay Resource Group, Inc. (PBRG) owned by Ms. Judy Eisenhard and Mr. Mike Eisenhard.
