VIP Acquires Cornerstone Consulting

SACRAMENTO, CA – September 30, 2005 – Visionary Integration Professionals, LLC (VIP) of Folsom, CA, today announced it has acquired Minneapolis-based, privately held Cornerstone Consulting, Inc. owned by David Rowe, Dean Nelson, and Clint Sawinski.

With 2004 revenue of $17M and staff totaling 125, this acquisition, coupled with strong organic growth, will have VIP nearly tripling in size when looking at 2006 projected results of $45M and a staff base of 250.
