Organizations of all types have begun implementing tools and technologies that provide analysis and information about their Web applications. The following common factors are what VIP witnesses as the primary drivers behind this increased capability:

• Organizations continue to make significant investments in eBusiness applications, yet have limited analysis and information from which to manage the investment.
