Quality Center 9.2 Workshop – 3 Days
Quality Center (QC) is a strategic tool for any organization to manage all their software quality projects in one central location. This 3 day workshop enables students to quickly implement, customize, and administer Quality Center so they can take full advantage of the tools potential in their organization. Hands on lab exercises are used throughout the course to demonstrate key topics and insure the student is intimately familiar with the Quality Center applications capabilities and limitations. Classes are led by certified instructors that have real world experience at administering Quality Center. Day 1 of the workshop introduces students to the capabilities of Quality Center and best practices for establishing a test automation framework. Days 2 and 3 concentrate on critical skills that are required to perform project creation and on going administration of Quality Center. Topics covered during this course include: requirements management, defect tracking, managing test plans, both manual and automated test management techniques, release management, metrics reporting, project creation and customization, work flow customization, user administration, and the Quality Center architecture.
