Frequent communication mechanisms include weekly e-newsflashes, tri-annual regional staff meetings, and annual all-staff meetings. Informal communications are always encouraged and supported through our open door culture. Every year, our President conducts an all-hands meeting, whereby she describes the financial state of our organization in great detail. This opens the company up to all Employees' suggestions and makes each individual feel like a valued member of the team, regardless of title.
Our Teambuilding and Charity Committees help everyone stay connected, especially as most staff are in multiple client locations. The Teambuilding Committee organizes regular social activities such as picnics and parties. The Community Service Committee organizes charitable events to serve the communities in which we live.
