Visionary Integration Professionals LLC (VIP) has been awarded a Texas Deliverables Based Information Technology Services (DBITS) contract in the categories of Project Management; Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP); Application Development; Service Oriented Architecture (SOA); Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V); Application Maintenance and Support; Business Intelligence (BI) and Data Warehouse; Information Technology Assessments and Planning; and Technology Upgrade/Migration and Transformation. This allows Texas government entities to engage our services using this streamlined procurement vehicle. Through a simple Statement of Work, DBITS can be used to procure services up to $10M in value. Ordering instructions are found on the Department of Information Resources on the ICT Program Website.
HUB Alliance Partners
VIP has established an alliance of Texas-based companies to deliver DBITS services throughout Texas. Just as the State HUB Program is designed to facilitate the participation of minority and women-owned businesses in procurement opportunities, VIP seeks that same participation through our HUB Partners.
Go DIRect Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Cooperative (Co-op) Contracts program (Formerly Go DIRect)
VIP is an approved ICT vendor (VIP contract numbers: DIR-SDD-928, DIR-SDD-1749). The ICT Program allows customers to purchase items directly from a DIR-contracted vendor. Customers contact the vendor for product and pricing information. They also send their purchase orders, with the DIR contract number, and payments directly to the ICT vendor, not to DIR. This streamlines the order process so customers receive their products/services quickly.
How to Buy
Texas DIR requires two items to be completed before work can begin.
- A Statement of Work (SOW)
- A Purchase Order (PO)

Once the SOW is completed and executed, you can request a PO from your purchasing department to be submitted to Go IT Services. As soon as we receive the PO, we will begin work on your project.
