Cancellation Policy
Please notify the Core College Coordinator via fax (720-570-4416) or email (corecollege@vipconsulting.com) if you cannot attend so that your space can be offered to another student. The registration fee is fully refundable if notification is received at least 10 days prior to the class start date. The registration fee is 50% refundable if received between 5 and 10 business days prior to the class start date. The registration is nonrefundable if a cancellation is received less than 5 business days prior to the class start date. The registration fee may be used for another Core College Class within one year of the original class start date and can also be used for other students from the same company. Substitutions are permitted.
Precluding emergencies, if Core College cancels a class, all students will be notified at least 5 business days prior to the planned start date and an offered an alternate schedule or a full refund. Core College will not be held responsible for nonrefundable plane tickets and reservations.
