Quality Center 10.0 Workshop

Quality Center (QC) is a strategic tool for any organization to manage all of their software quality projects in one central location.  This four-day workshop is based on the Quality Center Enterprise edition and teaches students to effectively utilize and administer Quality Center so they can take full advantage of the tools potential within their organization.  Hands on lab exercises are used throughout the course to demonstrate key topics and ensure the student is intimately familiar with the Quality Center applications capabilities.  Classes are led by instructors that have real world experience at administering Quality Center.  Days 1 and 2 of the workshop introduce students to the capabilities of Quality Center and best practices for establishing a framework for managing releases, requirements, test cases, and defects.  Days 3 and 4 concentrate on critical skills that are required to perform project creation, project customization and on going administration of Quality Center.  Topics covered during this course include: release management, requirements management, test case and test case execution management, reporting and metrics, dashboarding, versioning, project creation, project customization, work flow customization, user administration, and the Quality Center architecture.
