Kathy Brown
Kathy Brown has ten years experience as a data warehouse and business intelligence consultant and trainer. Kathy is a certified Informatica trainer and an accredited SAP BusinessObjects trainer. Kathy's past training experience also includes Cognos and Microsoft networking and applications. Her consulting background includes experience with nearly every role in a data warehousing/business intelligence project, from business analyst to data analyst to ETL developer to BI developer. Kathy is also the current manager of the education services department within VIP. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities.
 

Laurie Pino
Laurie Pino has over fifteen years experience working in open systems consulting, pre-sales and sales. Her focus has been in business intelligence/data warehousing, master data management, and relational databases. Laurie is a certified Hyperion instructor and teaches classes in support of Master Data Management and Hyperion Performance Suite BI+. In addition to training, she is responsible for managing the InnerCore, maintaining and enhancing our internal project management methodology (The Matrix Methodology), and she provides technical sales support. Ms. Pino holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Kansas State University.

 

Ron Sercely
Ron Sercely has over 12 years experience with HP (Mercury Legacy) Software including 10 years as Mercury employee.  Ron is certified at highest level possible as a Consultant and Instructor.  He specializes in Business Availability Center, Universal Configuration Management Database, SiteScope, LoadRunner, WinRunner, QuickTest Professional and Quality Center.  Ron has a dynamic mix of consulting and training which brings real world experience to every training class.  Mr. Sercely has his BA in Physics from Colorado College and a MS in Physics from the University of Colorado, Boulder.

 

James Schrecengost
James Schrecengost is an experienced, Senior Technical Consultant with over eight years of proven capabilities working with companies leading the implementation of large-scale automated testing efforts.  James has a broad base of knowledge in Web and application technologies; qualified instruction and mentoring; testing and tuning practices; QA and automated test design; test analysis; development methodologies; and project management.  He is an HP Certified Instructor and Consultant, specializing in HP Business Availability Center, Sitescope, LoadRunner, and Performance Center.  James has done Advanced Studies in Computer Science at Colorado State University in Fort Collins Colorado and CU Denver.

 

Janice Lewis
Janice Lewis has over ten years experience in the information technology industry including three years specifically deploying complex, enterprise solutions based on HP technologies.  Janice is an HP certified instructor and an Accredited Systems Engineer for HP’s Performance Center 9.0.  She specializes in Business Availability Center (BAC), SiteScope, LoadRunner, and Performance Center.  Ms. Lewis received her BA in Information Technology from University of Phoenix.

 

Tim Cuffel
Tim Cuffel brings 15 years of broad technology experience to his Quality Management projects. He is the consummate consultant, proficient with all phases of the project cycle, delivering services start to finish. He is often called upon to work on projects with the greatest technical challenges, and is comfortable working in dynamic environments where delivering value in the face obstacles is more important than merely fulfilling a contract. He is an HP certified instructor and consultant specializing in LoadRunner, Performance Center and Quality Center. Tim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Colorado in Boulder Colorado.
